Anuradha Sridhar, violinist, vocalist, and composer, has been an active ambassador of Carnatic music in the Bay Area for the past four decades. Her family of legendary musicians traces its musical roots to Saint Tyagaraja through her great-great-grandfather, Lalgudi Ramayyar, a direct disciple of the saint.

Anu was trained in music by her mother, Lalgudi Srimathi Brahmanandam, the ingenious violinist and sister of the legendary Lalgudi G. Jayaraman. As a soloist, Anu has performed with her guru in prestigious venues around the world. As a reputed accompanist, she has accompanied many stalwart Carnatic musicians in concerts over the years.

She is deeply involved in promoting Carnatic music and has volunteered her artistry for community fundraiser shows supporting organizations such as Asha, Sankara Eye Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya, SwayamKrushi, ISKCON, Livermore Temple, Chinmaya Mission, and Sewa International. She has also collaborated with musicians from other genres in the Pan Asian Music Festival hosted by Stanford University and San Francisco World Music.

Anu has choreographed and performed Vadhya Vrindha, a musical ensemble of South Indian classical instruments involving many Bay Area artists. She is an A Top artist of Indian Doordarshan and has been recognized by leading organizations including the Madras Music Academy. She founded Trinity Center for Music in the Bay Area in 1989 and continues to nurture young performers.

Thanjavur Ramamurthy Kesavan is a renowned percussionist and Nattuvangam artist in the field of performing arts. He comes from an illustrious lineage and belongs to a family dedicated to music for four generations.

Kesavan began learning Mrudangam at the age of six. By the age of ten, he was accompanying his father, Ramamurthy Bhagavathar, a Harikatha exponent. He also accompanied the renowned spiritual guru Thirumuruga Kirupanandha Variyar.

Over the years, Kesavan has become an expert in several percussion instruments including Thavil, Kanjeera, Pakhawaj, and Ghatam. His recognition as a Mrudangam and Nattuvangam artist comes from deep technical command, musical instinct, and humility in collaboration.

He is an empanelled artist of ICCR and a B High graded artist in All India Radio and Doordarshan. Kesavan has trained and promoted many students, conducted Mrudangam arangetrams, and composed new Alarippu, Pushpanjali, Jatiswaram, Tillana, and many varieties of jathis in different talams for classical dance productions.

Srivathsa Pasumarthi is a seventh-generation flautist from a family of esteemed flutists and flute makers.

His musical journey began under the guidance of his father, Pasumarthi Venkata Ramana. He later continued his training under renowned flautist Shri J. B. Shruthi Sagar of Chennai, with whom he has studied for over a decade.

Srivathsa brings a strong classical foundation, sensitive melodic phrasing, and a deep understanding of rhythm to the ensemble. He is also an A-graded Mridangam artist of All India Radio, Chennai.

Shriya Anand is a disciple of Guru Smt. Anuradha Sridhar and has been under her tutelage for around 17 years, learning both vocal and violin.

She has given several vocal and violin solo and duet concerts in the United States and India, and has accompanied several upcoming artists and music schools on violin.

Shriya has composed music and accompanied on violin for multiple dance productions for independent artists and schools across the nation. She has also been a lead vocalist in many productions by Trinity Center for Music in the United States and India.

She has a masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and is currently a researcher at the University of Michigan.
